    Purchase the Iphone X from Apple directly to avoid the long drawn out process of going to Sprint. Unfortunately, my 6S sim card was not compatible with the X, so in order to complete activating it myself I needed to get a new sim from Sprint. My dad went down to this Sprint store where the employee was arrogant and spoke down to my dad. The employee clearly had no clue what he was doing and would not listen to his colleague who suggested that he was not giving us the correct sim card. They tried to activate it in store where it failed. Upon realizing his mistake, the arrogant employee no longer made eye contact with my dad and simply told him to turn off/on the phone when he got home and it should be fine. Of course, it did not work so after driving half an hour in total - we still did not have a working phone. When we called the store to tell them, they said just come back in. Stepping in for my dad, I drove back to the store where the employee did not make eye contact with me or acknowledge my presence as he was setting up someones account. I waited for 10 minutes before asking the woman who he was training (who was very sweet) to see if she could help me. She said they couldn't just give me a new sim since they would have to do an exchange through the receipt and would have to wait until the other employee could help. I sat for another 30 minutes before the arrogant employee said if I don't want to wait, I can come back tomorrow.... after they had told us to come back that night. Fuming I said can I just get a sim card and can he make sure it is compatible with the X to which he said they all are... asked him to explain why then the one they gave us before said it wasn't working. He said he gave us a used one. So trusting him, I just took the new sim card and it didn't work again. After all that, I just went to best buy sprint kiosk where they got it working in 5 minutes. He said that they did in fact give us the wrong sim. Moral of the story, they have no clue what they are doing. Avoid at all costs as they will also try and make you feel inferior.

    Positive atmosphere , had phone issues and left with a new friend along with free water. I will go the extra mile traveling to come back if any issues or concerns.
